RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content.
RSS solves a problem for people who regularly use the web and allows them to easily stay informed by retrieving latest content summaries from sites they're subscribed to.

Listen holmes. I got your motivator report and it was blank! so boo on you! we'll DDR this weekend and have like.. tons of calories burned. Burned or Burnt? Whatever. Oronary. Anyway, I can't stand crunches and I especially can't stand doing them where people can see me, since I can't do them in my room right now. But I think I'm getting a fairly good work out working on my room and lugging my bed back and forth across the room so it's not in my way, and sanding and squatting. Also, I will log my weight when I weigh in, and I haven't in a while. Next week.
